Return Policy For
Repairs
- Product will not be
accepted back as a repair or return for credit without an R.B.Clapp Co.-
issued RMA number, and will be returned to customer "as is" at
the customer expense.
- Warranty status will
be assessed at the factory. If deemed a warranty repair, the part will
be repaired or replaced, and returned to customer at no charge.
- If deemed a
non-warranty repair, the RMA department will contact customer to advise
of any charges and to get a Purchase Order Number.
- All repairs are
subject to specific rates and fees applied by the manufacturer.
Please note- all Omron
repairs costing less than $100 will automatically be repaired without
approval of charges.
If you need a replacement
part due to a line-down situation, the RMA will be processed as follows:
- RMA department will
ask for a PO number
- A replacement part
will be sent and the customer will be invoiced.
- The customer will be
responsible for payment of this invoice as per standard terms.
- If the part is
deemed a non-warranty repair, the customer will be notified and may
choose to repair the part at a charge or scrap the part.
- If the part is under
warranty, credit for the original sales order will be given.
