Return Policy For
Credit
RMA's for customer returns will be
issued with a restock fee of at least 20% (depending upon manufacturer
restock fees) under the following circumstances:
- Product is unused and in resaleable
condition.
- Product is still in original packaging, and
packaging is new and not written on.
- Product is stocked by Automation Controls or
returnable to the factory.
Credit will be issued upon receipt and thorough
inspection and approval of product.
Product will not be accepted back as a repair or return for credit
without an R.B.Clapp
Co. - issued RMA number, and will be
returned to customer.
